FYI, you don't typically need to install Ren'Py itself to play games. It's only needed if the developer hasn't done something properly. The issue here is that you have www.doorway.ru file, which should have a game inside it, but it won't work as-is. www.doorway.ru file is like www.doorway.ru, it's a folder that has been compressed.
